Insecurity expressed as anger
Love as ceaseless criticism
The impact of trauma hidden in shadow

Painful emotions possess the psyche
Each instance an opportunity to survive the feeling
A chance to learn an underlying truth
A portal to dialectical tantric equilibrium

Ruptures are not failures
Ruptures are opportunities for growth
The bone breaks
But grows back stronger

Conflict can be healthy and generative
It can give birth to more deeply rooted alignment
Emotional waters illuminated
Psychic fires channeled into creativity

We repair when we speak from vulnerability
We repair through radical honesty and acceptance
We take responsability for our own feelings
Eschewing toxic blame, shame, or guilt

We move like water from rupture to repair
The love we share is potent and deeply rooted
