ruling the night and holding the keys
our movements rise to fight and strive
seeking more than being merely alive
astrological serpents patrol the sky
thwarting mere mortals eager to fly
scimitars and flaming swords
cleave straight through with scarcely a word
simian ancestors fused with birds
creating the species now ruling the world
we need apostasy on a massive scale
we need to depose our tyrants and throw them in jail
